Not the point. Truth is though that people list things he failed us on that he can't control.

The war is one thing and mostly subjective. People can say they don't agree with the war and base their main opinion on that. That is fine. That is something you can for the most part pin directly on him.

Outside of that people list ridiculous reasons like this economy as him fucking up. Truth is EVERYONE should look in the mirror to see who fucked the economy.

Wow I am not sure how in hindsight that ANYONE could defend this administration. We are talking about EPIC FAILURE here. Nixon will no longer be thought of as the bad guy in our lifetimes. Mark my words, as his cabinet finds it's way into public life again, there will be more and more details that come out that depicts this administration as more of a regime AGAINST the good of it's people.

Here is some history for all of you. It is just the cliffs, so if you want more info, do some reading.

In the 1950s, we helped install the Shah to control Iran.

In the late 1970s, we helped overthrow the Shah, and that allowed Ayatollah Khomeini to rule. Soon after the Iranians detained 52 US hostages.

In 1980 we arm Iraq with weapons, training, and technology to invade neighbor Iran in retaliation. Iraq's goal is more oil. They fail to gain it. Rumsfeld meets with Saddam.

In 1986, we sell guns to Iran in order to raise money to fund the Contra rebels.

In 1991, that same Iraq invades neighbor Kuwait. Looking for more oil again.

This time, we invade Iraq to keep them out of Kuwait. We like Kuwait.

I suggest everyone watches the movie "No End In Sight". Below is a link to a trailer on the Sundance Channel. It shows just how inept this administration has been. It is no wonder the world wants us dead. The only thing this administration has done is to fan the flames of hatred towards the USA.

If you are a true patriot, that means you want what is best for this great nation. Blindly commending the current administration does not meet that goal. Educate yourselves and you will also see that they have us all duped. In time we will all learn just how far this administration set us back.

And for the record, I voted twice for Bush. I take full responsibility for my own actions and greatly regret those votes today.
