Have an ohm question

Hey guys,

I am getting ready to order some equipment to do an install in my boat and I had a question about ohms and wattage.

I'm installing a pair of Polk Audio MM651UM 6.5's 100 watt RMS @ 4 ohm and a pair of Kicker KMT67 150 watt RMS @ 4 ohm.

I was going to do a Rockford Fosgate Prime M600‑4D Class D 4‑Channel but that would only give 100 watts @ 4 ohms to all 4 speakers. I am looking to give 150 watts to each speaker @ 4 ohms and just run a bit high on the polks.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Do you need separate front and rear? If not, you can use a 2 ch which would allow you to run two speakers per channel giving you 2 ohms per channel. So a good 300x2 at 2 amp would give you the 150w per speaker. You might want to consider though -- a 50% increase in power (100 to 150) won't amount to much audible difference.
