I have a 2004 TSX with the following (see bottom for links):
Stock head unit (since the 14 wire output harness from the HU actually sends out RCA type signals, I made the following device to replace my stock AMP under the head unit - the 14 and 20 pin jacks are from another stock amp I bought on ebay for $20)

Amps:
Alpine MRV-F450 3/4/5 Channel Amp [1]
Alpine MRV-F545 [2]
Speakers:
1 set Infinity 6.5 60.7CS - front doors [3]
1 set Infinity 6.5 Kappa Perfect 6.1 - rear doors [4]
1 set Infinity 6x9 Kappa 692.7 - rear deck [5]
3 JL 10w3v2 in sealed enclosure [6]
I have all wiring completed as far as I have the power lead running to a fuse block in the trunk, then splits and powers the amps. I have the remote turn ons working. I have two sets of RCAs running from my little electronics box to the rear.
The MRV-F450 has no pre-amp out line, but the F545 does. So, right now I have the fronts RCA straight into the F450. The rears go straight into the F545. Then I have the pre-amp out going from the F545 to the 3/4 channel in the F450. I have the front speakers on channel 1/2 of the F450 and the rear door speakers on channel 3/4. Then I have the subs hooked up to channel 3/4 bridged on the F545. Lastly I have the rear deck 6x9s. I can either hook them both up to my single 5th hannel on the F450 or to the 1/2 channel of the F545. Obviously I would think hooking the speakers up to the 1 and 2 channel of the F545 would be the way to go, but since I am only getting channel 3/4 as input and I am using channel 3/4 for the subs I do not get anything on channel 1/2 and besides, it would be playing the fronts out of rear speakers...
Is that confusing enough?
I can post a diagram if needed. But I just need the best way to hook my system up for good sound.
