what do you mean? the kerf cuts are on the inside of the bend.

elaborate a bit and i'll answer whatever questions i can.

-Drew
He means fiberglassing and strengthening the actually cuts on the inside instead of the glass you layed on the outside, some resin and fiberglass should suffice.

The outside is weaker than the inside, so i only glassed the outside //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

also makes for smooth airflow

I've ran both the 1600 and 2000 bxi amps at a net .5 ohm and as long as your smart with the settings they play fine. Efficiency crashes and they get really current hungry but as of now works great.

Lookin good DREW!!!
Thanks man!!! I'll hook you up with a demo next time your in town. Making it out the 26th??

The box was looking so nice, what's with the crappy carpeting job and the staples?

they have already said all there is to say about the carpet. rip it off and get some more and re do it. No need for staples if you use more glue. Get some good 3-M glue

Glue fails- at leastwith vynal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif it gets annoying

and i'm making a window to cover staples/seam around the port to cover it all up and straighten out the lines. Looks like i forgot to add that part on the CA update
