handgun people

Sigs are awesome. I bought a p220 .45ACP from pops, but once i moved to cali, i sold it back to him. Im a lefty, so the p2000 is for me, ambi slide and mag release. I can convert this to 357, but dont desire to.

Springfield XD9 Sub compact 9MM with a GOOD 9MM shell for protection, one that will zigzag through the body, and just the cheap shells for plinkin..That XD9 sub compact is the shit!

You can get ALL kinds of accessories for them..extended grips and lots of clips up to 30 rounds! I LOVE my XD9 sub..Super easy to break down and clean too..

i just bought my first handgun about a month ago.. i got the cz75b 9mm.. ive only shot about 60 rounds through it, but its nice.. i would recommend cz. i researched alot before making the purchase, and never found a bad word about them...

true if you are close enough.
I dont think anyone will be doing much self defense shooting beyong 20 yards. Statistically, a self defese situation is 7 yards (give or take). I dont think anyone will be too happy with taking a 9mm round. Even if its from beyond 50 yards.

does a 40 kick that much more. ive never shot a handgun besides a .22
It has a more pronounced pop to it, so to speak. Rent before you buy. My personal preference is Glock, but again. Everyone has their own liking, rent whatever you wish and make up your own mind.

Either way, best of luck and remember to treat it like its ALWAYS loaded. Chances are, it will be. Search gun forums, and try not to get too sucked into it. It can become a hobby just as easily as car audio. You might want to purchase 6 different handguns after reading a few gun forums //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Ive got a Glock .40 that i keep for home defense, its a great pistol, but for just plinking at the range or for a future carry weapon i would suggest a Springfield XD-9, buddy has one and its an awesome pistol.

My buddies is a little different, i think he might have a different model, but you get the idea.

I wouldnt want to pay the 10 bucks for 50 rounds when i can get 200 9mm for the same price, ya know?

When i can afford to get my concealed license i plan on getting a snub .38, revolvers are the best carry weapons IMHO. No chance to jam and its always ready to fire but still one of the safest.
