Hey everyone, Im in the market for upgrading my subs.
Ive been searchin for a while for a set up id really dig, and so far im very interested in 2 hdc3 15's copper coil subs, on a crunch gp3000d-pro amp.
Ive got the big 3 0gauge, and a kicker 0 guage amp kit runnin to the back.
My problem:
I bought my truck from my dad and its old. its a 2000 chevy silverado 1500 ext. with 220K miles on it. Its a sick truck and i love it, but a h/o would be a waste should something go wrong in the future.
So far im thinkin ill just get a big kinetic 1900 crankin amp batt, or 1 or 2 optima red tops. would that be enough?
total my setup would push 3000 watts ish for the subs on the crunch amp, and about 300-400 watts for mids and highs
im open to all suggestions, different subs, different amps anything.
price range, im lookin at no more then a grand. a little over i could deal with if its something worth goin for
thanks all
