I go during the day to avoid being distracted, i work out at LA fitness, its a fashion show when its busy.

We have hot chick at my gym through out the day. I normally go around 6pm and boy are there any! I hit the gym at least 2 hours 4 times a week.

Motivations come from the hot girls being there ha ha. Anyhow I feel that anyone sitting around or working out there jaw should just go home and be on the phone or in front of the TV.

Also the ones that do not clean up after themselves geesh WTF. /rant

Yeah well being at the gym to stay healthy is the key!
