guys who run PA mids & highs i need your help

ok so im just wondering what you guys are running as far a EQ'ing goes???

so what EQ's are you guys using??? i was looking into a 7 band clarion EQ but i wanted to ask and see what is best.

I have a 7 band Clarion EQ thats on its last leg (has served me well the last couple years) and is only going to get switched because I lost the pin that goes in the back and the butt connectors that I jammed in there always fall out.

did u ever EQ ur mids off the HU ??? and if you did, did u notice a difference when u added the clarion EQ???

I use 0 eq, sometimes ill bump up the treble like plus 2 or something on the deck but thats it

are you running them active??? if so crossover points and what processor u running?

what speaker are you running (in-case they are in your sig, i can not see sigs as i have them turned off)

none in my car currently, to me I like it to sound smoother and not overly ear bleeding harsh, i have used various brands and models of tweeters

Always had the Clarion EQ in. And I could never really hear any words over the bass anyway.
