It depends on the jurisdiction, Blunt.

I know a judge here that will award a win on cases like that almost without thinking about it if the original case that brought the two parties to court in the first place is proven without a doubt to have been frivilous (sp?) and wasteful.

I guess calling someone a ***, and saying you hope they kill themselves is not a good idea. And can be perceived as a wirtten threat.

Free speech is one thing. Hate speech and threats of violance is another.

And him banning me for being a superfeg or whatever he called me was unwarranted and was only done to piss me off. Well guess what....He did.
