I have no business in this thread, but it's a public forum so too **** bad.

All evidence I have seen points ngsm to being 1. an ******* 2. immature 3. a terrible mod 4. an overall bad influence on the content/atmosphere of this board. However, I don't really give a shit, because it is just an internet forum, so he can do whatever he wants... doesn't bother me.

Let's see. Showrides, great guy as far as I'm concerned. Beyond that, who knows. I don't really care. I may not agree 100% with everything he says, but I rarely do with anyone. Doesn't matter. The point is, while I may not agree with the reasons for such a lawsuit (I often think lawsuits are stupid), it certainly is not immature. Legal action is one of the most mature and acceptable way of dealing with problems. I know a lot of people here will say something like "settle it like a man" or "get over it" or some stupid shit like that, but the fact is that just doesn't always work these days. I'm all for settling things like a man, and I would encourage someone to beat ngsm's *** just for the hell of it, hell I would do it myself if I had the chance except that a cool *** guy I know said he is cool in person..., but things like this can land you in jail and are therefore not worth it.
