looks good bro! i like the lil trim panel u got there. looks clean. wheres the sub?
thanks. the sub is still sitting in the box. i dont have a router to cut it out so im gonna go to a local shop and have them cut it out.

2x that i definitely like that trim panel great job
thanks guys!

the trim panel is actually a piece i had from when i started my fiberglass shell. im gonna cut a nice big front panel which will do down to the floor and also be my double baffle for the box, also will help support the box. then the new kicker 08zx700.5 will me mounting on top and a trim panel will be made to cover the amps wires etc, or i might just buy the kicker end caps and use those.

nice man! hey u took into consideration the extra .75 the trim baffle will have on the port length right. its not a HUGE diff. but it can change the tunning a wee bit.

yes, the front baffle completes the tuning. i almost said forget the flush mount front baffle until i remember it would effect the outcome of tuning. this box isnt the one you designed. i ended up using my old design just for the fact that i was so happy with it then. this one is almost perfect, nice and tight fits with all the cuts, routered all the port edges. belt sanded the entire box to eliminate any flaws. depending on how much carpet i have left im gonna try my luck with that again, otherwise im gonna bondo all the nail gun holes and sand to perfection and use the bedliner again. i really wanna carpet it though. might try some side panels to hide the carpet seems. maybe diamond plate cut to fit.

not too bad of a circle for using a skill saw! ditching the flush mount and gonna extend the port .75" to keep the tuning right.
