How many XS batterys would you buy (any model)

You charge the electrolyte in the battery. The electrolyte loses charge during the chemical reaction which creates the energy produced by the battery. Any other questions?
lol.. dont worry about it man.. people will question you till the end no matter how much you explain,.... and i did the the load test.. the d3100 never dropped below 12.8 while the hc2400 dropped to 10.3 ish... then i have done testing myself that compared the hc2000 tot he deka.. they are VERY VERY similar. So the d3100 absolutely destryosa hc2400 and deka =hc2000 .. hmm this is ridiculous we are even arguing this.. the only batteries that are anywhere close to the d3100 is the NSB and the cs9000 period

ya there is.. lol you just said you dont know ... 4 d3100 will run 2 warhorses just fine. i have no clue why you would want to run such an ocverpriced powerhungry amp but 4 d3100 would do it
Its funny cus I got a buddy that used to have 6 AQ3500s wired below 1 ohm and only ran a d5100, d3100, and stock alt. After he burps, his batteries still rest around 13 volts.

ok??? lol.. this means?? for one I can do 157s all day on just battery power and after a burp guess what.. my batts jump right back up to their resting voltage (15.2) on their own.. and why the hell would you run aftermarket batts connected to stock batts??? a ****** batt will ruin the whole bank... just an //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/boink.gif.91933e72f927f2cefc79aff02573090c.gif

also 1 amp wired below 1 ohm is not going tot ake much to keep going.. 6 amps wired below 1 ohm would be something... you never said what amp or how many.

I wasn't trying to be confrontational, but your statement that batteries don't actually store a charge is just kind of a technicality. From an internal technical level, yes the electricity comes from the chemical reaction but from a general standpoint I think batteries can be viewed as storing power...

I don't care what it recovers to, I was merely talking about load. If you have proper charging, in 99% of the cases a battery is a battery is a battery. I understand in some competition avenues, the vehicle must be off for the burp, but once again the recovery voltage is irrelevant. It is the voltage during the draw, and if the battery weakens after use. I use my setup for music as well, so I'm not worried about resting voltage afterwards, I'm worried about having enough charging and storage that my voltage never budges at any point. I play the truck for hours without break at car shows and the like, the fact that a battery can handle a burp is meaningless to me.

Its cool man. Sorry if I came off like an ***. The reason I feel it is important to understand that batteries create energy is this. XS, batcap cost so much is because of the quality of the materials that go into the battery. The quality of the material in the battery makes a difference in the overall efficiency of the chemical reaction which ultimately determines the batteries ability to supply current to the system.

You can store all the energy you want, you just can't store energy potential. If anyone ever figures this out, they will be the richest and most powerful person on the planet.

you can throw batcap 4000 up there too, but they are same price as D3100, so you get what you pay for.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif I would like to see this too. I need to get another battery, but I was going with Batcap 4000. I'm willing to go with XS if I know for a fact that it's the same or better.

I don't know too many people that run 2 10k amps for hours at a time for many reasons other than due to lack of sufficient battery bank, but more power to you if you can do it without issue.
