should i ground all 3 of my amps to the chassis or the back battery ground? which one is best. thanks

I have one good ground from the batteries to the chassis and just run my grounds to the batteries.But that's me.Seems to work fine.

you can do either, as long as you have a decent ground from the battery to the chassis to begin with.

Correction. Good negative path to the alternator, which may be through means of the chassis. But not always the best.

regarding big 3. when wiring from alt to the positive of the battery. shouldn't you be putting a fuse between the alt and battery? if your alt regulator goes insane. so does your audio goodies...

Ground the wire between the alt and the battery to what the wire is rated at, not the amps going thru it.
