grounding monoblock to rear battery

I've read the dual batt sticky, and I've followed it to the letter, but I don't know why I should have to ground my Orion hcca 2500 to the rear battery's neg? I have a 90' Jeep Wrangler, and I OVERKILL on 1/0 awg grounds. I have 2 ground blocks drilled, and bolted on the rear chassis and 1/0 gauge to the frame from there. What's wrong with just grounding all 3 of my amps to the block on the chassis? I came up about a foot short on 0 gauge ground wire or I wouldn't be asking. What a f****n ball buster. Any input would be much appreciated. Im outside chipping away at the wiring, and I'll check back periodically. Thanks guys.

It's grounded thru the chassis to the frame bro.. I could understand the tutorials point if i had a newer car, but Im working with an accessible steel frame, and whats a better source for ground than that, ya know? I appreciate your response. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some other reason. thanks

I just found a 7 ft. piece of 1/0 awg ground wire coiled up under my passenger seat.. sweet!.. drinking and wiring aint illegal, but i sure do lose a lot of stuff. thanks for your input boys. I'm gonna just run it to the batt, cuz i got enuf wire now.

just take the extra you found and double the ground run for the batt. its prolly not needed but i LOVE overkill lol
