Ok....I recently fyed a 35.1D which is getting fixed...in some unknown way. What intially happened is my Brahma broke a tinsel lead in half...took it out of the box...repaired with solder....but back in....my amp frys....NO SPEAKER LEADS WERE TOUCHING...so this was not an issue....every time i clicked a new song....that sound like a bad, real bad ground was heard and the brahma would flex like a mother. Well anyways...after 1-2 minutes of that the amp fried.

Let me not that this problem never happened before i repaired the brahma....The ground is SOLID, bolted right to the chassis and about 10 inches in lenght. Ran that ground for 6months previous no problem....

Checked to see if the RCA's were grounded....NO

Checked to see if the remote wire was knicked and grounded....NO

Checked to see if the Power, remote, ground, speaker leads touching.....NO

I just put a Hifonics brutus in last night becuase i thought that the 35.1d jsut fryed because of otehr reasons....THE BRUTUS is making teh same weird ground noises....and will fry if i use it....so im systemless now and have some issues with my car....what could it be?

You're a dummy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif!!!

Ha ha, electronics do some crazy shit man. I had my TWO modded 1501d's on the Brahma Extreme (one on each coil), then all I did was swap the sub out for my MT 15...and when I pressed unpause on a test-tone CD to set the gains...one of the amps went up in smoke. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I'd suggest re-wiring. I know it sucks...but that's be the proper way to do it to make sure this doesn't happen again. Also are you sure like...and individual strand of wire isn't touching somewhere? Anyways...that's all I can think of.
