ground loup

ok i got a head unit installed because my kenwood was messing up, come to find out the remote wire was messed up...ok got that fixed, now there is a ground loup and i'm tired of going up there to get my shit fixed since it is costing me money, they guy at the audio shop said the sound coming from my subs won't mess them up but i don' t know, where possibly could this ground loup be and how would i go about fixing it?? any help would be appreciated.
