Late model Japanese car rattles

my car is driving me crazy because now it won't stop rattling.

i gave my type R a new home and put it in a ported box and its so much louder that my bumber sounds like its going to fall off.

anyone play around with mods of fixes for these cars with flimsy plastic bumper covers? dynamat the backside of the bumper perhaps?

here is a short vid of car doing what it does. all you can hear is the rattle. i took the box out and put it in my brothers SUV and it hits really hard so i really want to fix this.

btw.. i have already deadened my entire trunk, trunk lid, floor and doors.

My trunk was doing the same thing untill today. Try to somehow get under tha bumper cover, and deaden the hell out of it. I had to take off my whole bumper in order to do this. Yes it was a pain in the azz, but it was well worth it.

You can deaden the backside of your bumper, just made sure to prep it well. You could also try truck bed lining.

will 1 can of spray adhesive be enough for one bumper??
