ground foot instal how to?

i see these neat little ground feet for 0 -4 awg do ou just pull the carpet up where your going to mount it sand off the paint and screw it down ?

yep...sounds like you know what you're doing. always sand down the point where you're going to ground, so you get a good solid connection with the frame.
