Ground: 4ga from battery, or 0ga from chassis

Im running a new 0ga to my rear for my power. Theres currently a 4ga run back there.
Would the 4ga run straight from the battery have less resistance than if I were to use a 1/0 and ground to somewhere in the trunk?
The 1/0, no question about it, but also put a 1/0 from your battery to the chassis up front.

Thanks. I've done big 2 of 3 (grounds only) with 4awg knu wire, I think I'll add another 4awg to the ground terminal

can you restate your quesiton to make sense ?
I think n2 got what i meant; but ill try again

Would a 4ga run straight from the battery ground be a better ground than a 0ga grounded to the chassis somewhere in the trunk?

The ground would go into a D-block, and distributed between 3 amplifiers

Sorry for the confusion
