im having trouble toughening up . im a big *****Have you considered toughening up a little bit?
Their lies the solution I think ima go buy a set of earphones , I know most of the younger guys wont have problems. Im trying to see if any of the older memebers are experiencing some prob's with hearing or have noticed a change.I'm always cautious about my hearing now. Whenever I use saws, or other loud power tools, the earphones go on.
21 and no hearing problems.

In your case it it just the higher frequencies. Or is it just volume? My hearing is no way, shape or form as good as it used to be before I started in the car audio field. I used to be able to hear everything and now I always have to say what and can you repeat yourself. It also may be selective hearing, which my wife says I have. It is what it is, lol!
well something about feeling the music tickles my pickle . Dont get me wrong im not the ******* who comes down the block making shit come off your walls but when i hit main BLVDS. or the freeway ,I GO FULL TILT . loud music is my thing . when i see people looking at me like Turn your shit down I Roll up my windows and enjoyWell you can't go blasting your speakers everywhere you go. You can't listen to music that loud and not expect to have hearing problems. My suggestions is to simple keep it at a moderate level so you can enjoy it for years to come. Car audio isn't all about blowing the roof off your car, its hanging out with the homies doing some QUALITY installations. It's something to conversate and dream about. Respect your ears because you can't go out and buy new ones.
