graw not playing?

[.::DuD3::. 10+ year member]

i loaded up ghost recon advanced warfighter otday and it wont start up to play. i had it running fine on my last setup, but for some reason its not loading. i updated my drivers, reinstalled directx 9.0, still nothing. i did over clock my 7600gt earlier, but i wouldn't have thought that would cause something like this to happen. any ideas?
