Nice, I saw this a few days ago, but I had no idea it was you selling the mtx haha. I love the flushed yellow top. My buddy saw it and wants me to help him flush one under the seat of his trailblazer ltz.

 
I helped my brother in law on his jeep. He switched the stock 6x9's up front to PG RSD 6.5"s and he loves it over stock. tapped into the factory amp. Sounds cleaner then the stock speakers. I have some pics of the install somewhere if you would like to do it someday.

thanks for the kind words...and the batt under the seat wasnt easy...to get the seat to close...wasnt fun ill just say sawz all,plasma cutter and a sludge hammer...

yes please do so...i was thinking about doing it i just didnt know how it would sound...please send pics and more info...did you change the stock tweets?..

 
im also interested about the tweets..being 8 years old they tend too make noise when i have the bass turned up..more like the crossovers stopped working..found the replacements online for about 50 bucks shipped,mopar originals

 
im not sure if the factory amp has a crossover installed internaly or on each speaker there is an inline crossover,but you would have to do some rewiring if the amp is internaly crossed,or just get rid of amp all together

i hope the amp dosnt have a internall cross over that would ****...i willl have to see
