Graduation.

Id also thank the oppressive capitalistic system that imprisions the working class so private ownership of buisness can grow. niggggga

I think I got about $200. My best friend got a card and no $. Hopefully, I will get a few hundred for graduation, but probably around $200. I didn't graduate for the "graduation money".

I am curious about this open house. Is it a community thing? Is there one or more children sponsored or does each child have one? If so, the parents must be financially drained after all those parties.

I don't graduate for the money either. I'll be majoring in biology next year at butler then go to IU's school of dentistry and work pedo. That's where hella money is at, my friend rakes in a good 350K or more a year. That's when I'm graduating for the money

I made about $800 from relatives at my graduation party. So not as much as some of you guys. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I remember there was this awesome car driving around town for sale. I told my parents id love to have it. I was on my way to graduation and saw the car out front of the school. I was sure they had bought it for me...Turns out my freinds parents bought it for him instead. :p

Man, you guys are some rich pricks. Even if I HAD a million dollars, i wouldnt buy my kid anything more than a chevete just on principle. You want a nice car, take your hs diploma, get a job, and earn it. I did get about a thousand acres of prime WV farmland though from grandad. Anyone wanna go mud boggin? Cow Tippin?

Seems very hypocritical to me. That land is probably worth more than 1 million.

Nope. (High-school) Graduation is just another day in my family. No one really cares...it's expected of you just like cleaning up after yourself. College graduation, however, is a different story; since my sister is the only one who has graduated thus far (among me, my brother, and herself) we went out to dinner. I don't think she got money or anything like that.
You don't just hand out money in my family, and no, we're not [all] poor either.
Around these parts, college graduation isnt usually celebrated //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
