ive got 2 12'2 and a 700 watter

i also have a Kenwood H/U

and stock speakers.

is it worth replaceing the speakers or should i just leave the stocks?

also any other things i should do to my car

what kinda 12s? wat kinda amp/hu?

remove stock speakers, get some nice comps in front amp them, and some nice coax in the back and amp them

the amp is a alpine 700 watter

Hell yeah its worth replacing the stock speakers. Just go with what SS posted on your other post........
