After attending an identity theft seminar... (ironic or what) i went to my next class where my friend who lives in an apartment by a pizzeria found it thrown about and brought it to me...

I have a VERY good idea who it is, i see him every night when i'm down playing ball (where it was stolen). As soon i got there, he saw me and left.. if he doesn't show up tonight, i'll be 99% sure who it is...

Question is, should i teach him a lesson or be the bigger guy? i'm sick of letting this sh!t slide all the time...

(psst... he's a 5'3 high school kid... wouldn't have much to worry about)

I doubt they will even question him. Without any actual evidence they wouldnt persue a petty misdemeanor like that...
