Got two 12"s now what?

Down firing in a situation that will already be space-confining is usually a bad idea. The subs will need room to ventilate into the listening space. Unfortunately, up-firing into the seats will also tend to muffle the sound and alter perceived frequency response. It is for these reasons I personally dislike 'under seat' mounting setups in most situations, there is virtually no ideal.

Would it do good?

I think Im going to get a box and put it on top of the seat if under the seat is such a bad idea.

Just sitting the box in the seat? Also a bad idea. It needs to be secured. Amp is good though.

probably under the seat or downfired in a center console. I am facing the same issue right now with the 02 ford Super Cab and i have less space than you do.
