Got two 12" kicker component vr

well i am new at this speaker stuff so wanted to ask you guys for some advice. got this speakers in a enclosure for 2 ohms umn the people at circuit city told me to get the kicker mono channel zx750.1 was just wondering if you guys would suggest a different one or is this one cool. would the kicker zx1000.1 be better or which one would you suggest. i got the wiring kit from tsunami for 1400 watts with the capacitor thanks alot for your advidse.

so yeah just wondering if anyone would have a better suggestion for these subs that would give me louder hitting bass and a cleaner one. i really dont know what to look for and would base my knowledge off of you guys thanks.

what are you looking for? the 06+ civics rattle a lot if you get a decently loud system

Take the cap back right now, you do not need it.

The 750.1 would work but the 1000.1 would be better.

Actually with the money saved from returning the cap, get the 1000.1 and do a search on this forum for the Big 3.

well i already got it all wired up my buddy let me borrow his performance teknique 800 watt amp but it was burnt so all i need is a amp so the zx1000.1 wouldnt be to much power for the speakers

No, I think the cvr's are rated at 450rms. The zx1000.1 will push two 500w subs @ 2 ohms.

As far as rattles, sound deadening will help with that.

Make sure you watch your gains, It doesn't matter how much power you have going to a sub, just as long as your gain is not too high and your not stupid, you won't blow anything.

well im planning to take it to a near by shop and get the amp swapped out and tunned by them. thanks alot for the valuable information
