the 1508 that i ordered should be here by friday- can't wait.

this will be going in to a full size bronco so my question is when i build the box should i face the sub up and port to the back or just have both facing back.

i think iam going to go with 1.1 at around 35 hz.

what do yall think?

go with 1ft3 before displacement

@ 38-40hz

then throw around 1000 to it

dido what bones said....me and a buddy bought one from him and put it in that exact enclosure, and i was able to throw 800-1000w daily.....you will really feel the bass...they hit hard and sound great

just like all DD subs they are best 38-42hz

you can go higher or lower and they will do just fine

in between those numbers is where ive always been very pleased with them. they also recommend 40hz for anything

as for power they really start to shine around 1000

cool thanks for the info.

it will be on a mtx 6500d at first. i need to upgrade the electrical in the old bronco to handle the bigger amp and get some 0ga also.
