Is there much of a market for a 32k rms sub? What type of wattage does it need to do well?

the sub is made to handle 8 of the new 4000w amps from memphis but in comp. only not as a daly setup thats the idea i was trying to get across and as for 32k that would just have been the rated power it would see when testing.

yes it is designed to be burped with 8 of the new 4k amps..........thing is that sub is $$$$ even at demo from what i was told.

Agreed, but I heard the M3(more of a daily driver sub) and that thing pounds like no other. The Mojo Max has to be insane.

What if i made a 8" coiled driver...and didnt do it properly...and it was inefficient as crap..but it could handle 132kw all day long?

Rated powerhandling has absolutely nothing to do with actual preformance...more of a marketing aspect of it then anything else..."Yeah my subs can take elevinty billion watts RMS boyeeeeeeeeeee...what now"

duuh, what good is a 8" coil and 132kw rms if the motor doesnt weigh 12000oz's...gaaa.

Yes just cuz a sub can handle 32k watts RMS for burps means it will get insanely loud? No. It's more of a marketing gimmick than anything.
