Got the lift, wheels, tires, etc on!!!

have not.. thanks for the info though. I'm actually a little more north up in Thornton but yeah, close enough to denver. Are you gonna do a build log on your wall? What's going in it?
Actually not going to be a wall. Just boarding up the back with carpeted mdf so I have storage space and so I can swap/secure gear easily. I have an AQ2200 and an hdc315, and an hdc318 on the way, will see what I end up using. If the shows stay steady here I might go for something bigger next year.

Heh. You just made a 6 seater a 3 seater! Thats why I traded my reg. cab F150. I could do exactly what you're doing in my Adrenalin but...I have better plans for my back seat!
That is going to be one sick truck when you get it all done. What else are you doing to it?
I bought the ext cab with the intentions of rippin out the back seat for stereo/storage. Not alot more I'm going to do. Once the backend is done its time to decide on the front stage. Then the bed gets line-x, a motorcycle auto-chock in the bed, an intake, and some custom tunes. Then I should be beyond broke, and mostly complete.

Skyjacker? Are you serious? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
Just the AAL is skyjacker, the rest is rize. Rize is pretty proud of their shit, skyjacker's AAL was cheaper. Just like rize's front driveshaft is $775, building one just like it at a local shop was only $225 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Well, found out my truck is taller than 7 foot 1" tonight

Was trying to park in a parking garage a few towns over, which had an 8 foot 2" clearance sign on the entrance. Unfortunately the ground floor was full so had to go to the 2nd floor which of course with my luck had a lower clearance at 7 foot 1". I was about an inch taller than that clearance sign so it drug over my roof scratching it a bit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Since I only missed it by like an inch I figured I'd try to go up just a bit to see if there were any open spots before the roof height started coming down...of course none were open and in my dumbass attempt at finding one I got close enough to the roof I had to reverse down to the previous level //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

All that just to get out of the garage and end up having to park about a half mile from the bar with a few scratches on the truck. I guess atleast now I know my truck is over 7 foot tall for future reference //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

That blows, reminds me I should probably get a quick measurement of mine for future reference. I know my antennas are around 8'8", most drive-thu's are 9' so thats what I was shooting for lol.

Hopefully the scratches aren't too bad and ya can get em cleaned up and painted before any rust starts.

Definately a good idea to measure it just so you know. I put a tape up to mine and got a rough measurement and knew the roof was 7 foot something. My dumbass still tried the parking garage though.

The scratches aren't deep at all, the clearance sign was just a painted piece of 8" or so pvc hanging from chains. It just drug some surface scratches in the paint.

Atleast I still fit through the taco bell and wendy's drive thru. Unfortunately I fit in my bank's drive thru but can't reach the gigs they use to send/receive stuff so I have to go in everytime now.

thats not too bad then least its nothing major. I know my dad scratched his cab lights one time going through a parking garage with his truck (stock F350.) Least it didn't get the roof but certainly too close for comfort specially when they was on one of the actual concrete beams and not a clearance sight lol.

So far most of the drive-thrus I can get through height wise, but there is one taco bell where I have to fold in the mirrors to squeeze through and another one I know of where I just can't make the turns without jumping the curb, but hey the tires make jumping the curb no problem lol.

Thats sweet,What do you do for a living?

Get new exhaust that looks stupid lol look how small the pipe is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
x2

btw nice job making your mpgeeeesss worse in a gas crisis //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

I'm glad I don't have the length you do...I'm a shitty driver, I'd be catchin all the curbs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Yea one of these days I gotta snag a decent pic of the truck in a parking space for reference, I stick out on both ends of an 18' long parking space lol. I think my wheels fit but both overhangs are outside of the space lol. Bigger tires get ya up over the curbs easier //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I bet, mine sticks out in the avg parking space...yours has to stick out a bunch. They seem to make some tighter drive thru's these days too. Those bigger tires do make taking a curb a smaller issue though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Looks good, but definately get an exhaust.

I had an 06 Expedition with the 5.4 and I put a Flowmaster 40 Series with a 4" pipe on it and I loved the way it sounded. It was totally stock otherwise, just wanted a different sound.
