Truck looks nice...i probably would have gone a little wider on the tires, i like to see something pokin out from fender wells. Maybe its just the angle on the pic? I'm glad you went with suspension lift, I hate ppl that use body lifts. DEFINATLY get some duals on it, make it sound as tough as it looks.

BTW...if you don't mind me asking...how much did this upgrade set you back?

I actually like the look tucked up in more, also better for less rock chips. They stick out a little, but not near as much as alot of other rides.

I hate to even think of the total cost. I just kept ordering a part or two a payday. All parts, labor, tax, etc I'm in over 7k. There is a reason why alot of my audio gear went up on the market recently //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Whats wrong with a body lift? Body lifts are perfectly fine when used in conjuction with a suspension lift.

Nothing wrong with a body lift, I actually toyed with the idea of a 6" suspension and 3" body.

Exhaust problem fixed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Just got 3" pipe back from the y-pipe to a 18" magnaflow muffler with 3" ran back to the stock location out a 3.5" chrome tip. Looks and sounds a TON better:

nice truck but yea no offense just it would look way better with a 4 door instead of ext cab if you could of afforded it should of got it.

and the 5.4 because i cant only imagine how slow it is my dad has a stock 4x4 supercrew 07 with a 5.4 and its slow they underpowered these trucks big time

I actually like the extended cabs lifted more. I have no use for a 4 door and almost all 4 doors come with the tiny bed that can't haul crap. My buell fits in the back of this one with the tailgate up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I only regret not getting the 5.4 for resale value if I ever sell it. I honestly have no problems with the 4.6 though. Even with the 37's (4.88 gears though) its got plenty of power to outpace traffic. Its a truck not a racecar so thats where I set my expectations. The most I'll ever haul is a trailer with two bikes on it so towing isn't a concern either.

Oh, added an edge evolution programmer too, that helped with power/shifting.

and get a custom tune done for your truck by troyer he knows his stuff and will tune the prgorammer to all your aftermarket add ons

Actually a member over there already under the same name. Since I got the gryphon tuner (basically the edge), bill from PHP will be doing my custom tunes.

Yup, and all the talk of troyer taking 4 months to get tunes out to people I didn't want to get into that situation. The AF1 intake for my truck comes out around the end of the month so once I have that I'll get the tunes and then should be done upgrading the truck and I can get back to stereo....hopefully.
