Got the back of my tc almost done... Pics...

Naw, during that test, wilwood disabled the abs and use a perportion valve, well anyways did not work out so hot and test data suffered bad, made stoptech look like a gem. And do not get me wrong, stoptech is a killer kit! I have 0 complaints with the wilwood kit as with all wilwood products I have owned. Pedal feel is many times better and initial bite is killer. I also did the rear powerslot oversized kit "12.5" more for looks, but it for sure helped balance out the system.

I see, I see.

I'm coming from a 92 prelude with a brand new 1" bore brake master and new metal pads on new rotors, and I still feel like the stock tC's braking is sharper (esp the e-brake //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif ) - I can't imagine what a big stop kit would be like!

I've got almost all my tC install things on their way here - did you do a build-up or worklog I could peek at? I won't theive your design, but I am interested in how and where you secured the install, as well as the shapes of the floor. I'd appreciate any info you've got for me. Did you come across anything in particular that would be a good tip/trick for the layout? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Man got to tune for awhile tonight and play around..... Man I am sooo happy. Turned out EXACTLY as I had hoped. CD7000 has 0 noise floor like so many complain about, cannot understand why others have this issue... there is NONE at all... Setup the cd7000 for 3 way in a goofy setup to get crossover frequency on deck down to any level I want pretty much and have an 11band peq qith Q adjustment and it is all the tuning I could ask for. very very cool.

Not at all, they are 4 point sparco harness. The top straps bolt into the rear seatbelt bolts which is the way any harness maker reccomends. I plan to have a point to point harness bar built very soon so I can regain somewhat use of the backseat.

i guess what i ment was if the harness keeps you upright, if a roll over ever happend, or would you naturally fall to the side etc.

you will have to sit in the car with the 4 points on, your not going anyplace if you roll *LOL* Bolsters on the sparcos are massive, belt holds your very snug across the lap and over the shoulders. Same basic principal of the hard bars a rollercoaster uses to hold passengers in. Across the lap and over the shoulders. 4 points are many times safer than a standard seatbelt. In fact Ford has been doing testing to put them into production cars. Hopefully they find a way to make them less of a pain in the rear to put on as the hard mounted versions. All my cars see track time, so no, they are not just for the fast and furious look *LOL*!!

i know all that,

i was reading a vw thread about harness, and if the roof caves in durning a roll. and you are planted in the seat sitting straight up. your head is screwed.. hence useing them with a role cage.

Nice car.

X2 on what mike said. Ive always been told that doing it the way you have done it is not the safest way.

If you did get in a crash the belt would pull you down, not back.
