I tried with my apx 15", but about a second after I plugged it in, the breaker flipped. Sub was fine though.

First get a mic. Then make a box that would give you a big gain of output at 60hz and tune your ports to 60 hz. Then Drop the MT in it and plug it into the wall, while it is in your truck. That would make a kick *** vid.

Do not plug the woofer into the wall unless you want to have a possibility of locking up your motor or welding the voice coil to the motor.

Why not just buy another 15? Seems like a real waste to blow a MT18 so you can have it reconed to a MT15. Donate the 18 to me.
