D@mn you - I'm staill waiting on mine! haha, yes, but Hazmat was never suited to be applied in locations where the foil would be nessecary

Sure! But it will not work as well as a layer of Damplifier, though. Adding the carpet will most def help, I would actually recommend adding a layer of carpet padding over the Hazmat for an extra layer of barrier loading. Nah, SS is teh sheit! I would just make sure that your trunk lid is thoroughly deagreased and clean before the application. I would wipe it down with a degreaser followed by rubbing alchohol or any other organic solvent to ensure that think sticks like a mutha

it will work fine, the aluminum backing was more of a heat absorber\repelant than anything else. dont worry about it mang.
