same thing happened to me on my ref 604 front channels were broken and was supposed to be working. The guy blamed it on me and there was nothing i could do about it. Had to pay 70 to get it fixed. It sucked. Good luck though

i always find great deals on ebay but i am always scared of this exact issue of getting ripped off. Sorry to hear about this and hope it gets worked out for you.

Honestly, you gotta where the seller is coming from. It sux that you got screwed and if he's a stand up guy he'll take care of you. As a seller, I always say that if you cant provide a receipt that it was installed by a certified shop, I wont take it back. A lot of people really dont know what they're doing and do blow amps carelessy.
