Got screwed on ebay

Well my girlfriend ended up buying me a Kicker zx1500.1 for me for an early Christmas present from a guy on ebay. He claimed that the amp was brand new in box, but I hooked it up when I got off of work wednesday and there is no output. It powers on and everything, but no voltage is being produced. I talked to him about it and he said it's not his fault that it could've been messed up in shipping. I told him that he could refund the amp or send me the money to have it repaired by CIA. Now he's saying he won't do it because I'm not a certified installer and it is my fault it doesn't work. **** it I hate people like this.

I dont think he really scammed me, but he's just not being responsible for the item he sold me. I just dont like giving stuff out like that.

No Im not. Ive had 4 or 5 amps in my truck with the same wiring. All I had to do was plug in the power/ground/rcas. Everything else has been fine with the same exact setup.

yea no shit. The funny thing is I told her I could get it for the same exact price and she still bought it from there. If I get the money back I will be buying yours though.
