Unless you're an idiot, you wouldn't drive and talk on a cell phone without some sort of hands free device.
I mean, you have to hold the morning paper and drink coffee. Where you gonna find the third hand?

I always use voice dial and I talk on the phone a lot while commuting. They are cutting too deep into our rights to restrict the use of cellphones while driving. Bad enough we have to wear stupid seat belts.

no actually I don't keep stuff in my hands to drive....

right hands free is better... I use a headset with the ear bud and mouth piece...

but still it shouldn't be that hard to drive with one hand...

You still ahve to take your eyes off the phone to do that though.

But no where near as long as it takes to text message someone. And Im still not condoning talking on the phone while driving.

Your five times more likley to get into an accident while talking on your cell phone then you are drving drunk...

If you think you can "handle" doing two things at once then you are wrong...you use the same parts of your brain to yak to your ***'s that you do to drive your car.
