so ya its my day off but of course the normal weekend guy decides come in 3 hours early and shit faced. so he got fired on spot and i got called in. on my way i decided be nice son call my mom who lives 1200miles away and next thing i know i got trooper on my *** with his lights blazin. i got a **** cell phone ticket, ive always joked about not knowing anyone to ever get one but i guess im first. ya im having great day.

and i dont have a front plate so he gave me crap for that but i blame the retards that dont plow till 6am. so when i leave work at 5am theres sometimes snow drifts and somehow ripped my front plate off. havent had it for 3years still havent got ticket just crap for it.

That is why I do not answer my phone on my days off...f' em.

I work 2 out of 4 weekends per month and the weekends I work are 12 hour shifts so basically no weekend whatever. When the mill used to call the name would show up on the tv so I would laugh and not answer. They must have wised up because they called me a month ago and the tv showed "private number" so like a dumb *** I answer...had to go in on a day off f'ers. Now I let the answering machine pick up.

ya it does **** but actually could use the extra flow for my house i just bought few weeks ago. and funny thing seems like i do more work days i work cause i have nothing else to do when i get out at 5am. but days off i find other things to do, so works out better. im going need extra cash pay off ticket so double bonus lol

it's good and it's bad. I have absolutely no problem driving while on my cell phone, i'm always aware of my surroundings and in the past 5 years i've been driving, the only time my cell phone has ever affected it was one time, there's this light that starts blinking red at midnight because there's not much traffic, and i was on my phone coming up on it and not slowing down because i know the timing of the lights, so i figured it would turn green soon and i could just go through it, well it was 11:59 and when it would've turned green, it turned to blinking red, so i flew through it and didn't notice until after i passed it.

with the exception of that one time, talking on my cell and driving to not hamper my ability. i probably pay MORE attention to the road when i'm on a cell phone because i know i need to.

but there are A LOT of people that cannot handle it. it just sucks that if michigan ever issues a law for it, i'll be punished for other peoples irresponsibility.

it is a good thing cause i find my self not paying attention between smoking, talking and shifting. but i hate the ear piece bluetooth, need get me pioneer 9800. or i could just leave my laptop open and use that as speaker phone. maybe if i show up with my lawyer i can get it dropped.

in california, that law will be present really soon, its jsut not effective yet. i got pulled over a month ago for 50 in a 35. jsut finished up my online traffic school two nights ago.

I think that if you are responsible while driving then its ok to talk on the phone while driving, buttttttttttt most people aren't repsonsible though, so there comes this thing called accidents! So in a way I am glad it is being enforced. My fiance always talks on the phone, but is a good driver and always puts her phone done when she see's a cop, so she has yet to be pulled over. I usually dont talk on the phone unless I absoutley have too while driving.

i usually put it down when i see any cops but i didnt see this one till he was behind me and i was still on the phone lol. i consider myself a safe driver hence never getting any other ticket besides bs like this
