yes i do, i notice alot of things wrong with his entire prediament...
here is what i would do if i were in your shoes...
i would sell the bike, its obvious you cant afford it, and it is not your main method of transportation (otherwise you wouldnt be on a car audio forum, and if you do have another vehicle, i have absolutly no idea how you can afford the luxury of a car stereo if you cant afford to support your other hobbies such as riding motorcycles...). use the money from selling the motorcycle to pay your ticket, cut your losses, maybe buy another bike when you are able to afford one... if you are so broke that you cant afford the things required to ride legaly/safely, perhaps you should consider that before you go out for a ride...
secondly, how in the hell were you being profiled???? if you were riding properly, none of your skin should have been visible. otherwise, riding a bike with bald as hell tires and no jacket/helmet = //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif . next point, you ran, what a genius move. next, if your lisence isnt in the stock location, it is the officers disgression as to whether its visible or not. apparently yours is not as visible as you thought...
another little add on here... if your bike is an 05, how has the tag been expired since 05 as well? shouldnt it have come with a valid sticker that would expire in 06? it seems illlogical (and improbable) to me that an inspection sticker would expire in the same year that it was issued...
