hooooray tc //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
leading the way in inovention. i heard they upped their prices so that they could develop new ways to swindle the un-knowing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
LAWL....

TC has always been great to me. And the few problems I have seen come up with other locals that run TC drivers were always handled very professionally and in a timely manner. I don't see the cause for all the TC hating.

That does **** about your sub being jacked up though. I'm sure that TC will sort you out.

I have comments, not shipping related, but I'll keep to myself...dalucifer knows what i'm talkin bout.... I miss that 10" sub //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Ugly as fawk but performance = exact opposite

I've seen better packing in a $190 sub. Ed sent me a sub in a crate. perfect condition and later 2 months sum how it blew //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif lol

It isn't the shipping companys fault, look at the packaging! That is one of the worse packaging jobs I have ever seen not to mention we all know about UPS's packaging hangling.
I agree the packaging is horrible but, TC could tell you that you have to take it up with the shipping company. If they do and you didn't have it in writing that it showed up damaged you could be outta luck.

IMO. TC should be the ones to start the claim process. They shipped it and insured it. I also know UPS will tell a shipper to stick it in their *** if the sub wasn't double boxed.

this is the truth here. I mean, the first thing they ask you when you file a UPS shipping claim is "was it double boxed"....then they wanna see that shit in person second.

Claims are unnecessary. Thats not what we do.

We ask for the product back on our dime and we ship you a brand new driver. We have done this every time shipping damage occurs so as much our fault as it is, it is in our best interest to decrease these occurrences because we have paid for every single one of them.

In any event, we are redesigning our packing and its nearly compete.

That's good to hear.
