They'll tell you it's a shipping problem. I sure as hell hope you said something and wrote it sown when you signed for it. It's the shipping company's fault and they'll screw you if you didn't. They'll tell you it may have shown up in perfect condition and you dropped it.

It isn't the shipping companys fault, look at the packaging! That is one of the worse packaging jobs I have ever seen not to mention we all know about UPS's packaging hangling. UPS has a mostly automated handling system, plenty of rollers to glide upon and when it gets to someone it has to go through them having to pick that monster up and put it down gently which will never happen, there fricken heavy, lOl. This happens at every hub it hits, so you can see why it looks the way it does. Something like that should be placed on a small pallet and shipped via there freight service, been there done that... as heavy as that sub is i dont see how that was good enough packaging for it.
