It's attitudes like that that keep the revenue machine churning...I fight it every time and I win every time. Yeah, takes a little work, but the cops and courts don't really want to waste time with those who fight back so the odds are in your favor. Haven't lost a traffic court battle since 1989.

Tough to "slow down" when the speed limits are already set so damn low that you can practically watch squirrels mating driving to the local convenience store. Speed limits are set for one reason and one reason only...REVENUE!

So today i head out to go and get my hair cut at cost cutters, leave my house and head out of town. i take off from the stop sign for a little fun rip nothing crazy, get up to 65 and slow down, i then get stuck behind a guy doing about 54 or so. 2 miles down the road i see the blue and reds, i pull over thinking hes going to a call or something, then he pulls over im like WTF. anyway he says he clocked me doing 70 in a 55 which is bullshit. i told him if i was doing 70 my speedo must be off by 7 miles an hour, he refuses and says that i was clocked at 70. now i have tested my speedo on 3 police traps, gps unit, gps on my phone, and an app that tells speed by gps on my phone...all said my speedo if off by about 3-5 mph in the negative direction, so in all reality i got up to maybe 62 at the most and this *** pulls me over. hes a newbie being trained my our local dunkin dougnut piggy...our towns cops have been harrassing me since the day i got my first system, one time they threatened to take me to jail because they saw a broken fan in the hallway and assumed that i broke it in rage...IN MY OWN HOUSE. I FUKCING HATE THE COPS IN MY TOWN/rant

I don't know how it works in your state but take it to court and ask for probation before judgment. You just pay the fine no points
