Graduate schools do. And depending on where you want to work, you will try to go to certain graduate schools. High GPA at those schools = high job prospects.

I have 2 ABs so far, 2 more grades to come, with one either a D or an F, I skipped way too much class this semester, I learned my lesson there.

I go to Michigan Tech, Electrical Engineering.
