LOL, the NA 4 in the Mustang is soooooooooooooooooooooooo weak ... I'd rather drive a Metro than a 4-banger Mustang (unless it's a Turbo 4) ...
Ford Mustang LX (2.3L inline-4):

88 hp + 2754 lbs (manual hatchback) = 63.9 hp/ton

Geo Metro (1.0L inline-3):

55 hp + 1691 lbs (manual coupe) = 65.1 hp/ton

Can anyone else think of anything that has a lower power-to-weight ratio than a Metro ? LOL

what year is that? or do all of the 2.3's have 88 hp? i thought i read 110 hp somewhere.

nice project car. let me know if you have any questions or need any help getting into it, my first project car was a 90lx 4 banger started in worse shape than that car. ive done a lot of shit to it and had the interior completely gutted besides the dash for sound deadening, shes pretty loud too. Ive also got a 89lx parts car headin to the junkyard pretty soon so let me know if you need any parts. 4 banger standard with blue interior. i think ive got a picture on my sounddomain page in my sig banner check it out. and 50resto.com for any parts you need, not just engine parts i went there for tons of stuff, door handles, pins, weather stripping kits, interior carpet kits, hatch lifts, i dont remember what else.

washed the car and cleaned the windows today, just to see what it would look like clean. doesnt look too bad for just primer.
