Got my amp...and its got a 16 volt mod...is it ok

Will it affect the relaiblility of the amp
Shouldnt affect it at all unless something goes wrong with your cars electrical and it gets fed like 20 volts or something. Not sure what you mean by negative, but the amp will still do it's rated power on a 12v setup.
