hey dave when are you going to let me show up to your house like that uninvitied cousin you dislike because he changes all your audio settings and basically touches all your cool shit with out asking ?????

ya my 144 was over a 30second run. And tuning the box higher should help a bit and since people say aeros give higher numbers ill try some 6"s

It may take you a couple of boxes to figure out what the meter likes. You have a mustang I read? I had a 12" btl in a 95 mustang and went through 6 or so different boxes and different port combos. I took one box and by just making the port area smaller tuned it down to 27hz and picked up a little over 2db. It liked a much larger box with less port area. IIRC it was something like 4.5 cubes and for a 12 it moved alot of air and would meter a 145 at the dash, but when it was tuned higher with more port area I could only get a 143. its allll in the box.

you can always buy one of my CRX's....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
hahaha i think its cheaper to try another 15 or 2 12 dd 9512s sealed but i think ima try 15 first

Got metered today at tuans meet he had. My 15" BTL in 4cubes net @ 31hz I did a 144 on music. I was disapointed thought I would be higher. I think im going to be taking this out next couple days and do 2 12's 9512g's firing inside cabin LOL.. but ya im mad just wanted to rant but i wasstill loudest there =P Was cool talkin with tuan tho very cool guy.
Don't feel bad...I just finished my system, I'm going to get metered soon and, if I'm lucky, pull off a 130. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

man i'm glad i don't have a trunk setup...i would feel robbed...lol...i'm hittin 144s on music with one sub and 1500wrms....and i'm still disappointed..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

I dont see two 9512's sealed gaining you much output, if any. My guess would be it would have less potential, not more. For sheer output, ported with a high tuning near your vehicle/s resonant freq is the way to go. And if you are wanting a lot of output sealed, look into some high xmax subs, which I dont believe is the 9500's claim to fame.
