Got Metered.. Mad!! Lol

Got metered today at tuans meet he had. My 15" BTL in 4cubes net @ 31hz I did a 144 on music. I was disapointed thought I would be higher. I think im going to be taking this out next couple days and do 2 12's 9512g's firing inside cabin LOL.. but ya im mad just wanted to rant but i wasstill loudest there =P Was cool talkin with tuan tho very cool guy.

Lol, be like that sometimes.......certain cars are just not meter friendly, my Crown Vic for example, huge trunk for a lot of subs, (or a couple of big ones //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ) but gas tank that blocks half the trunk.

So seeing my shit do a 144 i was like //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif but than again i dont kno if the 148s i see in trunk cars are test tones and if there tuned as low as i am. But i am thinkin jus doin 2 12s sealed firing into cabin.

That is kinda low, I did a 144 with 2 12" SI BMs, not SPL subs and they were only running off of 1kw, would think yours should be a fair amount louder.

if u played a test tone lets say at 38-42 hz im sure it would of been better. u should try some test tones and see where your at. i had a friend play some songs and he was very happy with his numbers on a song he thought was loud etc etc. he played a few othere songs that he was not sure about and did better. some times on music its hit or miss as far as spl .

its good to know where u peak at. your tuned on the low side i think u could of pulled at 146 with that power.
