Got Jacked!!! Need Help

Hey guys. On tuesday this past week, i got my car was broken into and, of course, my stereo stuff was jacked. The theives got my faceplate, but couldnt get the rest of the HU out. I know it still works because of the red security light that is still blinking on it. I was wondering if there are websites or stores that sell the faceplate only, besides EBAY because they dont have my model. The radio is a PANASONIC CQ-C7301U. Thanks for your help.
