the pizza place wont pay for anything ill be any amount of money that he signed a release of liability... and if anyone is using a lawyer that only costs 75-100 an hour i would find a new one... i have 8 lawyers on retainer and the cheapest one is $375 per hour... anyways back to the car... its a 06 im sure a deer did more then just a hoods worth of dammage... take the car in to get a few quotes and see what type of claim the insurance is going to call it under... i have seen sometimes where friends hit deer and they covered it under comprehensive since it was un avoidable and not the drivers fault. that part will depend on the company... if they will take it as comprehensive then they cant legally raise your rates... i would talk to the insurance company and ask specific questions and get numbers and then figure it out...by chance was it a buck and if so did ya take the rack?
