Truth be told, A disc could be knocked out of alignment & not even effect you, It may just be knocked out a little bit(From previous daily chores or anything) & they should simple say, "It happened In the wreck" that is most 95% if winnings in any back injury. Now neck problems really can't be proved, so no matter what, you'll get money if it were a neck problem
